All orders are processed in approximately 24 hours of receipt and clearing of payment. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days or less after processing. Methods of shipping used are UPS and USPS. (Sorry NO C.O.D’S or P.O. Box deliveries.) Additional shipping time is required on all special orders.

At this time we are only shipping within the United States although some of our products are available to ship to Canada. If you are in Canada and are interested in one of our products please fill out a contact form with item SKU# and address shipping to, with a valid email address and phone number and a representative will contact you within 2 business days regarding the matter.
If your shipment has been damaged in shipping please email us directly using the Contact Us Form. Please give details of the item you purchased including Sku# along with the condition of the box and what exactly has been damaged. Please do not call in damaged claims. If your product is damaged please keep all original packaging materials, you may be required to take pictures of the damaged item and the shipping box, and you may be required to return the damaged item. (Preferably digital photos, these can be attached directly to the email when filing a claim. If digital are not possible, actual paper photos can be mailed to us at the address provided on the contact form) Once pictures are received, a credit or replacement item will be issued to you within 24 to 48 hours. Note: please allow time to process before contacting us asking about your credit.
